About us and our mission
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering teachers in North Carolina. Our mission is to provide free training and mentorship programs to educators, ensuring they have the resources and guidance necessary to create nurturing and enriching learning environments for young children.
In addition to our free programs, we sell high-quality lesson plans for just $4 and offer DCDEE-approved training at minimal cost to educators. The proceeds from these sales directly fund resources, scholarships, and financial assistance for teachers in need, helping them access professional development and essential classroom materials.
By supporting our cause—whether through purchasing lesson plans, enrolling in training, or making a donation—you contribute to building a stronger foundation for early childhood education. When teachers have the support they need, children receive the quality education they deserve.
Join us in making a lasting impact—because when teachers thrive, students succeed!

How We Help
We understand that not all educators have the means to afford essential training. Through the generosity of donors like you, Teachers Helping Teachers can offer free training to dedicated educators who apply for assistance. Your donations directly enable us to cover the costs of workshops, materials, and mentorship programs, ensuring that no teacher is left without the professional development they need to succeed.
